Omron’s manual inflation monitor, the Omron M3 makes it simple to measure your blood pressure at home. Simply wrap the cuff around your arm, press the on button and squeeze the inflation bulb to inflate the cuff. Once you stop squeezing thee inflation bulb the cuff automatically deflates and your blood pressure measurements are displayed.
