Warranties & Returns
Warranties are only offered where advertised on a product. Warranties do not cover willful or accidental damage, batteries, theft, or change of mind. Warranties only include a replacement of the purchased product and do not include the option of a refund. For an item to be replaced under warranty the purchased product must be returned by you in full with the receipt. Warranty replacement covers the postage of the new item to you but does not cover the return of the item from you.
In the rare event items need to be returned for warranty or satisfaction reasons, products must be undamaged and accompanied by their original receipt. This means you are responsible for packaging them appropriately for postage back to us. We cannot be responsible for items that are damaged during post.
